Freshman Seminar Conference

In Thursdays seminar I learned about the holocaust and about self love. I learned that there is a student here at NDNU that went through a holocaust which tore his entire family apart. He is currently working hard to bring all of his sisters together in America to stick together. He had to make important wise decisions at the early age of 13.  I realized that there was a lot more productivity when each group is given a specific task rather than when everybody is working on the same thing. This served as a great example of cooperative learning since not only did this affect each groups grade but at the end we also had our classes reputation in stake because it was a class project.
